At HappyStack, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This includes any data we've collected or received through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads) when you connect your account or interact with our services.
How to request deletion:
Email us at privacy@happystack.com with:
- The subject line: **Data Deletion Request**
- The email address associated with your HappyStack account
- If applicable, the Meta account (Facebook or Instagram handle) you connected to HappyStack
What happens next:
- We'll confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- We'll delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days and send you confirmation once complete.
- Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records, fraud prevention) or in anonymized form for analytics. We'll let you know if any exceptions apply to your request.
